Ms. Ince works closely with cross-functional teams to support product launches, distribution strategy, business planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Prior to joining Privacore Capital, Ms. Ince spent nearly a decade at Janus Henderson Investors, where she held a variety of finance roles supporting the firm’s Client Group and Technology organizations. Most recently, she served as a Finance Business Partner for the EMEA and Latin America Client Group, partnering with regional leadership on business planning, forecasting, revenue growth initiatives, and performance management. Earlier in her tenure, she supported the North America Client Group and Global Technology organizations, providing financial analysis and strategic insights to senior leadership.
Ms. Ince earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Montana State University.
